Health concerns advise sale of this awesome, well-maintained vintage pleasure boat.
Twin Mercruiser 255, 350 Chevrolet engines, both recently serviced and both carbs rebuilt. Tune-ups and oil changes on both engines was done this spring, they run very well, lots of power! Onan generator on board, full electric panel, two electric lines included (a/c and boat main). New water pump and lots of minor components replaced during routine maintenance. One of the engines has been rebuilt, so it's hours are a lot less than the other one.
Heater and air conditioning in the main cabin, refrigerators in the main salon and on the bridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, double sink, lots of storage in kitchen and other places on the boat. Easily sleeps six people.
Fiberglass in great vintage condition, although there are minor imperfections that will need attention eventually. All the outer teak and rails have been cleaned and oiled (bridge deck and stern deck need sanded and varnished), some fiberglass buffing done last fall before winter, exterior hull is in excellent condition. Winterized, pressure-washed, shrink-wrapped and dry-docked in winter. This boat has been well maintained and cared for for many years. Previous owners (Tennessee) kept the boat in a covered slip all the time they had it as well.
Complete aluminum Bimini frame and black canvas and vinyl cover with zippered window flaps, including windshield covers and custom seat covers inside and out. Cream Berber wall-to-wall carpet throughout, in great condition. Everything sells with the boat including two marine folding deck chairs, all kitchen supplies, life jackets, interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance supplies, extra appliances and components, docking lines, bumpers, etc. Too many to list. This boat comes fully furnished and ready to enjoy!
Currently docked at Bay Harbor East Marina, Pier C, price includes slip rental and all amenities for the remainder of the season (through mid-October). Can be transferred to new owner for $100.
