The vessel is well maintained and has a current Certificate of Insurance (COI). The vessel makes short trips between the waterfronts of the cities Portsmouth and Norfolk, VA transporting passengers. DESCRIPTION A double deck ferry boat of steel construction with a decorative paddle wheel at the stern. The main salon is enclosed with bench seating down both sides and the mid-section. An open second deck with seating under a canvass roof and open sides has a safety rail all around. The vessel has no sanitation facilities or AC electric power except for an inverter that powers a roof top RV type air conditioner atop the wheel house.
