GT SERIES 160 Glastron with E-Tec outboard power (87 hours)
Get behind the wheel and stand out in a crowd. This high-energy boat is 16'6" and was featured in the James Bond movie "Live and Let Die". So hammer the throttle and get ready for good times.
Whether you're into wakeboarding, waterskiing or tubing, the GTS 160 is ready to have some fun. This 16-foot outboard-powered bowrider rocks the waves
The most obvious styling cue on this new boat is the bond line of the hull/deck joint, which forms the top of the classic Glastron "reverse spear" graphic on the hull side. This bowrider has a full sunpad forward with no footwell. Cockpit highlights include 1960s-style bucket seats that mount directly to the deck, rather than on pedestals. There's a bench seat across the rear of the cockpit, and boarding platforms flanking the motor, which is set far aft for minimal cockpit intrusion.
The dash is a real throwback design, with a flat steering wheel, pull-out switches for electrics, and gauges mounted in deep aluminum tubes. Glastron offered 160 GT owners a choice of fuel systems, owner put in the optional built-in 18-gallon tank ($707).
This Glastron GT160 is sure to get the blood pumping.
