Something in the lower unit is jammed and needs repaired, but the upper unit seems to be perfect still. Lower unit is already off and ready to take for repair, also shows that the upper unit still spins fine. Upholstery is worn, but otherwise it is a pretty solid boat, floor was replaced a few years ago as well.
